Municipal Institute of Medical Research (IMIM)
IMIM is a public medical center focused on the scientific research of Biomedicine and Health Science fields, as well as on the training of highly qualified researchers in these fields. IMIM is also a University Institute accredited by the Consejo de Universidades and appointed to the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).

At the present time the organization has approximately 120 full and part-time employees made up of researchers, research technicians and administrative personnel and assistants. To facilitate work for traveling staff, FileWay was integrated with the existing Outlook Web Access (OWA) Server to provide secure file access. All normal Outlook Web Access (OWA) functionality supplied by the Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 has been preserved. Users are authenticated using Windows NT Domain authentication which contains the file and directory access privileges.

When fully deployed, 50 remote users will be enabled to use the Fileway service.
