The FileWay Outlook Web Access Connector adds the ability for users to access their Windows UNC file shares directly from their OWA menu. Users simply click on the FileWay Icon and a new window allows them to access their network file shares. The connector provides SSO (single-sign-on) between OWA and FileWay meaning users do not re-authenticate to launch FileWay. No other additional ports are opened and access is directed via port 80 or 443 (SSL). FileWay fully integrates with OWA and Exchange frontend server providing a secure proxy to internal resources. In addition FileWay integrates with MS ISA server offering the same high level access security as Outlook Web Access. FileWay offers complete read, write access privileges.
